The big car lineage, which even gave rise to the new term "Cima phenomenon," was reborn in January 2001 with a full model change to the fourth generation F50 Sheema.

The design retained the graceful and wide curved surface of its predecessor, but evolved even more stylishly with the adoption of "Vulcan headlights" with the characteristic six-lens projector lens and Japan's first door mirror indicators.

In 2003, the F50 President, sharing chassis components, also appeared. The luxury car lineup of Nissan became a solid one.
